- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Make sure that you check and receive a copy of the off hire report. I filled up my vehicle at Birchanger Services. Upon return I was told that there were no problems with the vehicle and even joked with the guy doing the report why anybody would not consider making sure that the car was fueled up. I was told that the off hire report would be emailed to me. It wasnt. Imagine my surprise when I checked my credit card to find that I had been charged £31 I have taken this matter up with Europcar "Customer Services" a contradiction in term if ever there was one. Now after several phone calls I have still not received a reply and they will not answer my emails Take my advice DO NOT hire from these scammersBy kurz, November 15, 2018
