- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely dreadful experience with this utterly useless company. I have heard nothing from them since my luggage was lost over a wk ago. I have telephoned over 50 times- they just don’t pick up & then it cuts you off. I have sent countless emails - all ignored! Disgusting & rubbish company that DOES NOT do what it’s there to do. The lady on the desk in the luggage hall was very very good & efficient, she gave me only positive vibes regarding my lost luggage. She assured me That they would contact me within 48 hours and if they didn’t for some reason I could definitely contact them on the number she gave me on the report sheet this number is not worth the paper it’s written on as nobody answers the phone and the number just cuts off so I believe this is not even a real numberBy leonardlvovich, June 11, 2018
